We the people wish to ban the potential banning of the video game "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" created by Bethesda Softworks.
Bethesda Softworks has the right to create and publish whatever the wish in the entertainment industry, and it is at the discretion of the various ratings systems to determine to whom sale of the material is appropriate.
Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the parents of "impressionable teens" to determine what is appropriate for their children to play in regards to video games.
We the people hearby declare that it is unlawful and grossly inappropriate to ban a creation of a private company that does not directly or intentionally pose any kind of threat, physical or mental, wherein safety measures are in place to prevent "inappropriate" distribution.
