Bear baiting should be banned in the U.S. This can mean 2 things, the worst is when bears have their teeth and claws removed and are tied up and attacked by dogs until it dies. The second meaning is using things like jelly donuts to attract bears and then shoot them. We believe both actions should be illegal in the U.S.
