We petition the Obama Administration to steer the country into a more thankful mindset away from the excessive "Black Friday" hysteria mentality of competing to get stuff that you don't need. We are thankful to be in the United States of America and it is shameful to see people running around and fighting over material things.
We have a lot to be thankful this Thanksgiving! We are not so interested in banning Black Friday but we are interested in showing our appreciation for our leaders in the United States who have been elected to better the country. We may disagree on the politics but we feel that the spirit of Thanksgiving and good will toward others is the only way forward.
