Blinking and/or flashing motorcycle headlights are often mistaken for those of emergency vehicles. They could cause wrecks. Regular non pulsating headlights do just as good of a job if not better. I've been rear ended twice because I pulled over thinking I was yielding the right of way to an emergency vehicle and it turned out to be just a motorcycle. If someone has epilepsy it could trigger a seizure.
