It is depressing to see the innocent lives taken by blunt objects in murder cases. How are we able to feel our kids are safe when we know blunt objects are still available to criminals.
We should tighten blunt object control and ban some items such as baseball bats altogether. If we ban these things criminals will not kill anymore.
It's obvious that making a law means a criminal will obey it, and if you ban something neither criminals nor law abiding citizens will be able to get their hands on it.
Just look at how well banning drugs has worked out.
