Ban breeding of Pit Bull dogs and let the breed die out humanly instead of being tortured and killed so cruel.

If we could pass laws to ban breeding Pit Bull dogs, the breed would die out on its own in a number of years and that would cut down on dog fighting and so much animal cruelty. There are way too many people over breeding pit bulls. Ban all dog and cat breeding except for licensed breeders and they need to be inspected often to ensure proper housing for all animals. This would reduce taxes spent on shelters to house and kill animals and cut down on so many animals in shelters. It also would stop a lot of animals being dumped out, abandoned and mistreated. A dog dumped out on a county road is like a small child, they are scared and will stay where they are dumped for several weeks waiting for the person who dumped them to come back for them. They are like a small child, scared.
