This is a bill I made to preserve our rights, while also banning bullying.
#1: No harassment, to real life people!
#2: No using "religion", "gender", or "race" as an excuse for actual bullying! (Freedom of speech does not include the freedom to be a bully; this counts as a felony, towards anyone of any legal "American" Goverments.)
#3: No posting pornography of real life beings (No taking pornographic photos or recorded videos, of real life beings; even if they're full grown adults!)
#4: No dictatorship (No one in government is allowed to send in bills, to take away our basic rights; this includes SOPA, PIPA, and CISPA! This is for our basic rights.)
#5: Privacy rights before the Press Rights (No one is allowed to threaten other's legal privacy; government must not lie, however.)
