Nobody likes car alarms.
They make noise when nobody is breaking into them.
Nobody but the owner can shut off the alarm, and most of them apparently don't know how to even do that.
Car alarms are the bane of modern Western existence, sending repetitious noise out into the environment, accosting innocents' ears and must be stopped.
