This petition is on banning chewing tobacco from Major League Baseball. This drug has been creating cancer and today I became awake on how bad this can be to anyone and their bodies. Today we lost a Legend in the baseball community, Tony Gwynn. Due to chewing tobacco during his career, he was diagnosed with cancer of the mouth a couple of years ago. Doctors found it in numerous glands including his salivary gland. This could happen to any player that is using tobacco in the game, and it is an easy fix.This is a lesson to be learned. Please help me in getting rid of chewing tobacco from the game of baseball.
