BAN Child Support Enforcement from collecting late fees and routinely report payment history to 3 major credit agencies.

When a noncustodial parent fails to pay child support in a timely manner, their children suffer an undue hardship. As a deterrent or penalty, Child Support Enforcement has the right to impose a late fee. It is my understanding that (when collected) those 'late fees' are not being passed on to the children.
Noncustodial parents who are repeatedly 'late' in their payments should see that reflected in their credit scores and our Government should stop profitting from the suffering of their children.
