My husband and I are parents who are very concerned not just for our children, but the entire youth in our country today who are dying in the hands of social media on a daily basis. Our schools needs to stop making excuses and allowing our children, today's youth to bring electronic devices to school. If they can implement it in their school policies no guns, drugs or alcohol is permitted on campus then they can add electronic devices to the list. Children are suppose to go to school to get an education, not have distractions such as social media, cell phones and tablets. This is a nationwide issue in our country today.
There should be a law in effect where you need to be a certain age to be on social media. There should be laws banning cell phones in schools.
