Ban China from P5 because,they covertly helped rouged nations like Pakistan and North Korea build nukes, a proliferation

China has covertly helped rouged nations to build nukes and other dangerous weapons and being a signatory member of NPT, they have violated the NPT by supporting them and using them as counter weight against the peaceful nations. China's activities in the south China sea, flexing muscle with weak and small nations, using veto power to save Pakistani terrorist, are more than enough to revisit their P5 status and to bring new law in United Nation to replace them. P5 should work for the betterment of humanity and not terrorise and involve in criminal and dangerous activities. The world should reconsider for an assessment of existing P5 members and their recent activities in the world.
