This petition is to encourage congress to consider an act that would permanently ban ESPN personality Chris Berman from future broadcasts of baseball, specifically the Home Run Derby. His repeated use of phrases such as "back, back, back, back" and "moonshot" are ruining what should be a very enjoyable annual broadcast. The citizens of this country are already subjected to heinous personalities such as Joe Buck and Joe Morgan, it is time to reclaim the Home Run Derby from substandard, unimaginative commentary and restore its former luster.
