Ban the Church of Scientology from the USA

This a petition to ban the Church of Scientology from the United States of America. This "religious" CULT based solely on greed and stealing people's money in exchange for lies and non-factual based "conditioning" has long needed action taken against it. I propose that ALL people who sign this write to their senators and/or congressmen/women requesting a Bill be passed to ban and disassemble. Scientology claims they are not a religion, so they cannot use the First Amendment to the Constitution as a backing on their behalf, and since they can offer no scientific evidence to support their practices (which were based on the writings of a SCIENCE FICTION AUTHOR), thereby can hold no ground in court in defending themselves.
