Ban Circumcision of All Individuals Under 18 Regardless of Gender

Circumcising females is illegal in the US, circumcising males should be too. Males have the same right to an unaltered body that females do.
There is no conclusive evidence that circumcising males prevents any disease and parents have no right to make this irreversible decision for their sons. There are no consequences to requiring that individuals must wait until 18 to be circumcised.
The US is the only civilized country in the world where routine circumcision is practiced. This is a national outrage!
