Circumcision is an ancient, outdated, unnecessary, and invasive surgery. Every human has a right to their complete, healthy body. Forcibly cutting off body parts without the owner of the body's consent is violent, destroys thousands of nerve endings, and is irreversible.
Circumcision (also mutilation) has been illegal on females since 1996 (Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 7, Section 116.) Males deserve equal protection under the law. Complications on males are the same as female: Severe pain and bleeding that can lead to hemorrhaging or death, pain during sexual intercourse, and psychological effects. This is a crime against men that law enforcement needs to notice. Inflicting wounds for religious or historic beliefs violates a person's right to religious freedom.
