Federal legislation banning possession, distribution or transportation of assault weapons within the borders of the United States.

Legislation to include mandatory sentence of 5 years without parole per weapon confiscated. Mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole in death cases resulting from use of assault weapons after date of ban implementation. Mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole for illegal importation.

Legislation to include government buy back program, with payout limited to 25% of original purchase price with verifiable receipt required. Acquired firearms to be installed in local, state and federal law enforcement systems.

Legislation will not include grandfather clause allowing assault weapons to remain in civilian possession
