ban "Coal Rolling" in the United States

Created by J.K. on July 09, 2014

"Coal Rolling" has become increasingly popular over the past couple of weeks. Coal Rolling is when a modified diesel-engine truck spews large clouds of black smoke into the air. It is popular among anti-environmentalists and anti-Obama supporters. The act of Coal Rolling is dangerous to not only the environment, but also American citizens who suffer from breathing problems such as Asthma. Many Coal Rollers have gone so far as to "Coal Roll" pedestrians by spewing black smoke at them. This kind of behavior can be regarded as lethal, as it obscures vision and heavily pollutes the air. Therefore, Coal Rolling should be banned. Anyone engaging in the act of Coal Rolling should AT LEAST be heavily fined ($1,000), since they can afford to spend extra money on the diesel fuel they waste.
