Ban collection agencies from making constant robo-calls and their harassing, abusive behavior.

Sometimes as Americans, we fall on hard times. Sometimes we can't meet our financial obligations, in spite of earnestly trying to do so. Enter collection agencies and their incessant, abusive robo-calls and collection tactics. I received a call today-one of the many I receive daily. I have been unemployed for a year, and have been actively seeking a job on two coasts, with no results. I have no unemployment benefits and no steady income. I've been on several interviews with no results. Even more resumes sent out. No result. I was basically told by this woman at the agency that I wasn't being serious about my life and paying back my debt. This was the last straw. Join with me in asserting our right to abuse free collection.
