Ban Comcast from accepting new accounts and customers until it's Customer service and or monopoly in areas is addressed.

Because Comcast is universally known to have the worst customer service for multiple years, is known to have monopolies over certain areas of the U.S. and because Comcast's senior management is highly staffed with former elected officials and ex high ranking government employees, we are asking that Comcast be not allowed to accept new accounts or customers until the customer service issue is resolved by increasing its customer service rating to above the 50th percentile compared to and within its industry. It is inexcusable to allow a monopoly to grow while under serving the American population forced to use its services. Service to the Internet provides job searches for Americans, homework research for American students, and easy access to information for Americans with disabilities.
