Ban Companion Animal Breeding

Created by D.W. on March 26, 2015

Ban companion animal breeding for at least 5 years or until the number is under control. The number of homeless companion animals has become unmanageable. Approximately 5 million animals enter shelters each year and 3.5 are euthanized. 60% of dogs and 70% of cats are euthanized. We need to stop breeding because they do not need our help to increase their numbers, they need our help to get the numbers under control until there are good homes for all. Taxpayers pay approximately 2 billion dollars to round up, house, euthanize, and dispose of homeless animals. Animals are comforting, lovable, and loyal, we need to help them. They are bred to fight or for money, and they do not deserve that treatment. Whether you are a responsible breeder or irresponsible, it is not needed. Please sign!
