I seek to protect individual belief and personal freedom from infringement upon our first amendment right of speech and association by the courts. If a business owner is not allowed to deny service to anyone because of a disagreement with said consumer, any hooligan will be legally allowed to create whatever havoc said customer wishes without relief from law. I want to protect business owners from known debtors and hostile prospective future dealings, as well as frivolous lawsuits and idiotic court injunctions.
