We the people need to ban corporal punishment in all private schools, public schools, boarding schools or any other schools in the USA rather they get money from the federal government or not.. Inflicting pain on another person is battery as well as hurting the child mentally and physically.. Many people dont even know that there are students that had to go to the E.R. after the the corporal punishment.. Students are at school to learn not to be hit.. Parents if need to discipline their child should do so at home and not sign a consent form for schools to do their job.. Kids need to be kept safe, so our schools should be safe too ..
