While it is illegal to print an entire gun, parts can be printed and guns assembled with relative ease. We are petitioning for the government to make it a felony:
- for an individual to own a gun fully consisting of printed parts
- for an individual to own a gun consisting of printed magazines able to hold more than 10 rounds
- for a company to facilitate the download of a parts essential to a semi-automatic weapon
We also ask that the government deny Defense Distributed their pending 501(c)(3) status nonprofit corporation in the state of Texas.
