Employment credit checks are common and they are keeping people from getting jobs. Bad credit is closely associated with unemployment, and with medical debt. There are very few people in the US who have perfect credit, and it should not be a reflection on the persons work ethic. Credit checks are an illogical barrier to employment, and so I encourage the people to stop this discrimination and help our nation.
