Making it illegal for dentists to turn away patients whom do not have insurance or the immediate funds to pay for an obvious infection. Dental infections can lead to death just as any other infection in the body, in this country in just about any city you WILL be sent packing if you can't pay for an extraction or x-rays. Change this, it's a huge problem.
