deviantART is a good, but bad site. If you are a bad user, you could get banned. deviantART's administration is the worst, and they could ignore you if you gave them a second chance to be unbanned, so now is the time to shut down the art site on behalf of the Obama administration. The Obama administration will make sure that deviantART is shut down and that no one will resurrect the site.
I'm sure that Angelo Sotira, Scott Jarkoff and Matthew Stephens will be sent to a correctional center for what they have done.
