Ban dihydrogenmonoxide from all public schools, parks, and swimming pools.

Dihydrogenmonoxide is reaponsible for all drowning deaths worldwide and greatly increases the chances of electrocution during a thunderstorm. It causes billions of dollars in damages to structures both wooden, stone, or metal. In fact it speeds up the the oxidation of steel so much that constant care must be given to protect against this highly corrosive chemical. Our children deserve to be protected and only the Executive Branch of the government can take on this task.
