It's unreasonable to believe divorce could be banned in all states. It's also unreasonable to believe that the rights of same sex couples are not equal to that of a heterosexual couple . We should ban divorce in the states that do not recognize same sex marriage. We were all created equal, and should be recognized as such. Our country can never come together if we continue with discrimination of any kind. We worked so hard to overcome the inhumanity that African Americans faced, that refusal to recognize the marriage of any two people seems like a huge step back. Let us teach our children, and ourselves, that we are all equal and deserving of love, as well as the same rights as each other. Divorce is the true sin, from a religious stand point. Marriage should be eternal.
