No Drones allowed for spying on US citizens, for any reason. Make it both illegal and a treasonous offense to use Drones against any US Citizen. The present law enforcement have enough tools, at their disposal already, without, both the offensiveness of spying on US Citizens, and the extra expenditures this would entail.
