Ban Dropping Out of High School Before Age 18 Nationwide

The yearly onslaught of high school dropouts that hit our job market in the USA must be stopped.Ban any person under the age of 18 from dropping out of high school.This will decrease crime and joblessness.Ban welfare of any kind to any person who drops out of high school before the age of 18.Ban the issuance of a drivers license to any person under the age of 18 if they have dropped out of high school.Make it illegal to insure any driver under the age of 18 that has dropped out of high school.The USA can no longer shoulder the gross number of high school dropouts that hit the job market every year.Dropouts take much needed jobs,if they can find work at all,from those who do actually graduate from High School and should be hired first before any dropout.Ban dropping out of High School now!
