Dual Citizenship is not Dual Allegence. Politicians holding public office with a dual citizenship is in violation of Article I, Section 3 or the Constitution (specificly to the Senate).
I propose this petition to immediately terminate Senaters with dual citizenship, Seize overseas assests, and return them to the nation where they were born, without Retirement Benefits (CSRS).
