Eating children is gross... I get that, but up in Alaska things are different. I went there for vacation a few weeks ago and the people there are going to eat there children regardless of this law, so if they are going to eat there children we might as well make it legal so they don't have to be secretive about it.
There a few reasons this should be allowed. For one, children are an excellent source of proteins and it has been a custom for over 77.3 years, and like a said before they will do it anyways. Just make this a law and they can stop living in constant fear.
