The campaign to elect Dr. Theresa Hearn Haynes for Texas House of Representatives HD 150 was plagued with voter suppression/voter fraud/election fraud during the March 1st, 2016 Primary election in Harris County, Texas. Election officials are refusing to release crucial information which would verify the results of the election i.e., zero tapes, voter images, final tallies, audit logs, etc. even though they are public record. The U.S. Supreme Court has already established that elections without verifiable results are unconstitutional and illegal however, counties are ignoring this legal precedent and using electronic voting machines anyway. We are fighting for Free and Fair elections with verifiable results to ensure the accuracy of the election and to invalidate the March 1, 2016 Primary.
