It should be illegal for private sector employers to refuse a potential employee for an interview based on their answers to questions as part of an application assessment questionaire. The questionaires include questions about your character and you are asked to grade yourself on a scale. Many citizens looking for work have been refused interviews after calling a potential employer because they 'failed' the assessment portion when they were originally told that there were no right or wrong answers to the assessment questions. I know many people who have an excellent work ethic but have been unemployed for monthes because of these graded assessments. No one knows what the questions are actually looking for and I guarantee that they are contributing to unemployment.
