Russian MPs (deputy) wrongly banned adoptions of Russian children by citizens of America. I am as a citizen of Russia understand that it is wrong. Because Russia can not take care of a lot of children's homes. I think the decision absurd. MPs (deputy) want to feel just like those children who are cut off the only chance for the family and a bright future.
