28 Amendment to the US Constitution: If any League of Legends player besides Sameer Ahmed plays Darius in any game, be it custom, ranked, or otherwise, he or she will have to pay a "Darius Tax" of $29.99+S&H per minute played. If said tax is not payed within two weeks of the end of the game, the Darius Secret Police will be sent to forcibly collect the tax, demolish your home, and liquidate all your assets, and you will permanently be banned from the internet.
