We seek to ban the evil site known as 4chan. It promotes bullying, violence, and has been known to host illegal content. This site should not exist in the year 2013. After recent bullying deaths, we should force this site to remove itself from the Internet. It is a platform for illegal activities and it is horrible. The first amendment should not extend to behavior like this.
