ban executive orders.

The fact that the president can create a bill and pass it without it going through congress with an executive order completely goes against the system of checks and balances. Executive orders need to be banned so the president does not have too much power and so that power is properly balanced throughout the government. If the president can do whatever he wants by just signing a piece of paper, then how do we live in a democratic society.
