EO 10990-Allows Govt. to take over all modes of transportation, control highways and seaports.
EO 10995-Allows Govt. to seize control of the communication media.
EO 10997-Allows Govt. to take over all elec. power, gas, petroleum & minerals.
EO 10999-Allows Govt. to take over all food resources and farms.
EO 11000-Allows Govt. to mobilize civilians into work brigades under Govt. control.
EO 11004-Allows the housing and finance authorities to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned and establish new locations for populations.
These are just a few of the EO put in place without Congressional approval.
