Although export of the video game "Dota 2" to Peru stimulates the economies of both countries in theory, in practice it has a negative result on the American economy. Peruvians play (or, more accurately, abandon) Dota 2, costing Valve, an American company, in bandwidth while not making microtransactions in return. In addition, Peruvians constantly abandoning makes non-Peruvian players less likely to buy Dota items, helping the American economy.
In addition, Peru has numerous human rights violations on its record. If the United States will not show their opposition to this treatment with total economic sanctions, they should at least stop Peruvians from playing Dota.
