This petition is important to the American people because it will be a first step towards family harmony and this in turn will give the middle class the boost needed to return to its former glory. We all know someone who sends frivolous communication via digital or physical mediums. Maybe it's a candy crush invite, a 7th cousin's neighbors toddler who is havin a first birthday party, or a little brother who is just discovering politics. It needs to stop.
