Fluoride has the same toxicity as Lead and can be absorbed through your skin while taking a shower. It is unconstitutional to force medicate an entire population. Countries who have banned fluoride in drinking water have seen no significant increase in cavities. Fluoride is only thought to work topically, so digesting it in water would only help your teeth as much as drinking shampoo would help your hair.
