The purpose of this petition is to ban all across the United States the forced requirement of paid Insurance on private Motor Vehicles and all private transportation devices, to ban forced requirement of paid registration and non paid registration on private Motor vehicles and all private transportation devices, and to ban the forced requirement of a private Motor vehicle or any private transportation device to have to pass the Department of Environmental Quality standards
