Ban foreign citizens from this petition process, the 1st Amendment specifically states only citizens may do this.

Created by R.T. on June 10, 2013

The first amendment states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

This website is a website for AMERICANS to petition THEIR government, not for other nations to petition it. Half of the petitions I see on this website regularly reference a diplomatic situation which has little to nothing to do with the USA. These petitions should ALL be denied, before any are allowed to be signed. With respect to the other nations, AMERICANS have the right to petition their government, not foreigners.
