Created by S.J. on May 29, 2013

Ban those foreign entities that directly or indirectly through their affiliations or operations have bad records in the well-being of human society, like food safety, environment protection and human rights, etc. to acquire any US business or property.

For example, to ban the acquisition of Smithfield Foods, Inc. by Shuanghui International Holdings Ltd., once a state-owned entity and one of the largest pork producer in China - a country that has serious food safety issues and scandals.
