The Fox news channel should be prohibited from referring to itself as a bona fide news channel.
The right to free speech permits anyone to express ideologies of variant views & broadcast them as factual.
There are no shortages of programs that provide hosts & guests that will spout the punditries that one agrees with. That is the goal of these programs, as well as to stimulate conversation among those with shared ideals.
The Fox News Channel, however, deceitfully say they are a news channel that presents a "fair and balanced" agenda.
Spreading ideas, information or allegations for the deliberate purpose of promoting your own cause or injuring an opposing cause, by definition, makes Fox News a vehicle of propaganda; thus misrepresenting the truth of being a true news program.
