Fracking causes massive damage to communities and property. I live in an area around Youngstown, OH. The company was fracking nearby and now my home has huge cracks in the walls and floors from the earthquakes the fracking caused. The company then disposed of the fracking fluids directly into a storm drain which connected to the mahoning river. There are countless videos online demonstrating fire coming out of sinks, and thousands of horror stories about the dangers of fracking and how it has destroyed people's lives both health and property wise. Fracking may produce jobs, but it creates huge environmental problems that tax dollars then must be used to pay. Instead, help companies to build wind and solar farms. With no danger of causing earthquakes our country can thrive on energy.
