Ban fusion centers. for targeting many citizens who speak out, conspiracy theorist, & US war veterans

There are over 72 fusion centers in the country, these fusion centers DO NOT follow federal law and are all interdependently run all over the country, which makes them mini dictatorships bases. The fusion centers target US citizens who are war veterans, conspiracy theorists, even average citizens who practice the bases and the purpose america was founded supporting a party like Ron Paul. The fusion centers are ridiculous and have no right to simply target citizens practicing there most simple rights. Fusion centers should be debunked if this G.W. bush program is not reformed to follow federal law, and the constitution.
