Ban government and any public offices from limiting the sales and size of soft drinks available to U.S. citizens.

We the people petition the Obama administration to ban that the limitation of soft drink sales according to size be lifted. This is a clear violation of our civil rights. The limitation of sugary soft drinks because of obesity does not affect all of the population. Educating those that are truly affected by the consumption of these products and then it is a matter of personal choice. The responsibility of the consumer and parents is where the problem lies. We do not need our consumption of soda's policed by government or any form of government or public offices. Responsible adults are being victimized by those that make poor choices and this is clearly not the way to rectify this problem.
